Our Story

Founded by Engineers,
Driven by Service

ArcticFlow was founded in 2009 by Craig Morrison and Danny Shah — two Gas Safe engineers who got tired of seeing customers overcharged and underserved by big HVAC companies.

Starting with one van in Croydon, they built a reputation for honest pricing, quality workmanship, and actually turning up on time. Today, ArcticFlow has a team of 32 engineers across London, the South East, and the Midlands, handling everything from boiler swaps in terraced houses to full VRF systems in office blocks.

In 2023 we became MCS-certified heat pump installers, leading the transition to renewable heating. We've already fitted over 400 air-source heat pumps and helped homeowners claim £3M+ in Boiler Upgrade Scheme grants.
